Ms. Ogilvie has over 17 years experience as a California Highway Patrol Officer and has conducted countless crime scene, fraud, accident and numerous other types of investigations throughout her career for both the public and private sector.

Prior to receiving an honorable retirement from the California Highway Patrol, Deborah had 4 years of experience as an intelligence analyst in the United States Army. Deborah currently oversees and personally handles a wide array of complex assignments and investigations for Alliance Private Investigations.

Her current background stems from an Associate of Arts in English from Columbia College located in Columbia, California. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at California State University of Stanislaus, to continue education in the field of private investigations.

The team of professionals at Alliance Private Investigations also includes James Franklin, a war veteran of the U.S. Army honorably discharged after serving his country for thirteen years. He has criminal investigative experience from serving as a Military Policeman and certified U.S. Customs Inspector.
